Ausbiz: Recession watch as Australia on track for negative growth
Sarah Hunter from BIS Oxford Economics says the recent lockdowns in Australia’s largest cities are likely to see the nation’s GDP contract over the September quarter. She says protracted lockdowns could see the nation tip into recession come December.
