Leading through the great disruption: How a human-centric approach to AI creates a talent advantage
In collaboration with The Adecco Group
The Adecco Group’s Business Leaders report, based on Oxford Economics research, investigates the changing world of work from the executive perspective, focusing on the impact on talent strategy of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI).
We surveyed 2,000 C-Suite Executives from October to December 2023, across nine countries and 17 industries, working with The Adecco Group to ask probing questions and highlight the main findings. The aim of the project was to understand how AI is impacting talent strategy, providing actionable insights for leaders and organisations to navigate disruption, adopt a human-centric approach to AI, and create a talent advantage.
