2024 EY CIO Sentiment Study: Sentiment in the age of GenAI
In collaboration with EY
Oxford Economics, in partnership with EY, conducted a survey in early 2024 to gather insights into how CIOs from leading organizations are navigating challenges faced in achieving growth agendas in an age of rapid technology advancement.
Oxford Economics surveyed 500 US-based CIOs from a range of industries to understand their approach to technology and business challenges, level of involvement in corporate transactions, and their progress in implementing emerging technologies, such as AI. Our research found that many CIOs embrace the challenge of keeping pace with technological change and plan to expand beyond digitizing internal processes. The result: an opportunity to surpass growth agendas.
