A new world: how Trump and GenAI will impact global industry
Date: 13 December
This month, we have updated our forecasts for global industry to reflect the results of the US election, which will lead to large-scale changes to fiscal, tariff and migration policy. Alongside this, we have also updated our forecasts to account for the sectoral impacts of GenAI, where the gains will be spread unevenly across sectors and skew towards the services side of the economy.
In this webinar, we will take these two major themes in turn and draw out their sectoral implications. We will also identify some of the other major trends that will shape industrial activity for the year ahead.
