European travel recovery is underway despite risks – ETC 2022 Q2 trends and prospects
European Tourism Trends & Prospects is a series of quarterly reports that offer a concise analysis of key economic and tourism trends in Europe and in relevant outbound markets. Quarterly reports are meant to provide the know-how necessary to monitor the short-term development of European tourism.
Please note that the webinar is hosted by ETC and Tourism Economics.
Topic: High inflation, including rising travel costs, and staff shortages, are the two major risks threatening the ongoing recovery in European travel in 2022. In this session, we will provide an overview of current trends and the outlook for European travel recovery this year. Within this, we will share the likely impacts from these headwinds and explain why we believe these effects will be temporary and won’t derail growth, as well as the likelihood of more adverse outcomes.
Note: Can’t make it to the webinar? Feel free to register anyways and we will automatically share the recording with you 3 hours after the webinar has finished.
