Global real estate outlook: Harnessing the power of megatrends
Join us for our latest webinar where we explore the outlook for global commercial real estate (CRE) through the lens of megatrends. This two-part session begins with a look at the latest global CRE outlook, providing our view on key markets, sectors, and investment opportunities.
In the second part, we dive into the key findings from our latest research on the Megatrends Resilience Index, which identifies the four secular forces—demographics, technology, geopolitics, and climate—reshaping the CRE landscape. We will highlight how advanced economies such as Australia, Singapore, and the UK are best positioned to capitalise on these trends, and how various real estate sectors—from residential to industrial—will respond to these forces.
