David Goodger is Managing Director, EMEA, Tourism Economics. He has been instrumental in developing the global model of tourism flows and spending, which covers 185 origins and destinations, and he continues to manage regular forecast updates. He also maintains an active role in new product development and consultancy work.

David Goodger is a Director within Tourism Economics and primarily concentrates on tourism demand forecasting and market sizing. He has also taken an active role in further model development for specific purposes, with an emphasis on examining the economic contributions of particular sectors and the impact of different policies. He has conducted a groundbreaking analysis of the business travel sector for the WTTC and the US Travel Association which estimates the return on investment of corporate spending on travel and he has developed models to define destination marketing allocations.

Since joining Oxford Economics in 2000, David Goodger has been involved in a wide range of forecasting and modelling activities. He has been part of the macroeconomic forecasting and the industrial forecasting teams contributing to both regular reports and specific client studies as well as assisting in the development of detailed forecasting and simulation models.

David was educated at the University of Bristol, England, where he gained a first-class degree in Economics with Statistics; and at the London School of Economics and Political Science, England, where he graduated with an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics.

David Moore

David Moore is a Lead Economist at Oxford Economics in the EMEA macro consulting team and is based in the UK. He is engaged in a wide variety of bespoke consultancy projects, including the development of large-scale macroeconomic models and scenario analysis. Additionally, David manages a large-scale annual project for the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) which measures the economic impact of the Travel & Tourism sector across 185 countries around the world. David also has a wealth of experience in building composite indices for clients including Accenture, Grant Thornton and KPMG.

David has been with Oxford Economics for more than ten years, joining directly after graduating from the Queen’s University of Belfast with a first-class honours degree in Finance in 2012. During the course of his studies, David won various awards and scholarships in recognition of his performance in degree examinations.

David is the Managing Director at BIS Oxford Economics and heads the office for Australia and New Zealand. In August 2013 he moved to Sydney to establish the firm and is continuing to grow the business in this region as well as leading key projects within Australia.

Before moving to Australia David worked as part of Oxford Economics’ business development team in London. Prior to joining Oxford Economics he worked for KPMG as a management consultant, specialising in financial risk management including stress testing and scenario analysis. During this time he was also seconded to the main Financial Services regulatory body, the Financial Services Authority (FSA). He completed his degree in Economics at Nottingham University and also studied the chartered institute for securities investment diploma.

She holds a BA in International Studies from UDLA Mexico City, Mx. and a Master in International Management from IGR-IAE in Rennes, France. Debora is fluent in Spanish, English, Italian and French.

Débora joined Oxford Economics in April 2021 and is based in our Mexico City office. She is responsible for Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Costa Rica’s macroeconomic coverage, and is also involved in Latin America’s regional thematic research.

Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Débora spent two years in BCP, the largest bank in Peru, providing macroeconomic forecasts and financial advisory. Formerly, she worked as an analyst covering international economics at the Treasury Department of Peru, monitoring and analyzing global economic conditions.

Débora holds two masters degrees, being the most recent an MSc in International Trade, Finance and Development at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, part of the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics in 2018. Prior to that, she completed an MSc in Economics at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP), in Lima, in 2015. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Debra D'Agostino founded Oxford Economics’ Thought Leadership division in 2011 and serves as its managing director. She oversees a global team of editors, researchers and analysts who conduct ground-breaking research programs in partnership with the world’s most forward-looking organizations, on topics ranging from business transformation, emerging technology, diversity and inclusion, talent and leadership to risk management and corporate finance. Debra also leads Oxford Economics’ global consulting business development team, serves as co-managing director for the firm’s operations in the Americas, and is a member of Oxford Economics’ global Senior Management Team.

Debra joined the firm from the Economist Intelligence Unit, the research arm of the Economist Group, where she led the company's business research department for the Americas. Prior to the EIU, she served as an editor and writer at CIO Insight, the award-winning business and technology strategy journal she helped launch at Ziff Davis Media in 2001. She holds a bachelor of science in journalism from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Dmitriy Gruzinov is a Lead Economist at Oxford Economics, primarily responsible for managing the European Cities Forecasting service. Dmitriy graduated from the University of Bath, where he first obtained a BSc (Hons) Economics degree and then a distinction in MSc Economics and Finance. During his placement year Dmitriy worked at Cambridge Econometrics, where he gained his first experience of economic analysis.

Edward also wrote a weekly newspaper opinion column for many years in his hometown of Greensboro, NC and authored a semi-popular blog. Honors for his work include the 2020 Rybczynski Prize, awarded for the best essay on economics by Society of Professional Economists, and various awards from the American Society of Business Publication Editors and the North Carolina Press Association.
