Oxford Economics will provide reasonable information and support to run the Software. This information will include (where available) the current Oxford Economics opinion or view on the relevant economies and this information will be provided on machine-readable media.
For new Software subscribers Oxford Economics will offer initial training of 2 hours with an economist following the signing of this Agreement and at a time convenient to the Authorised Users.
During the term of the Agreement, further training will be available in the form of monthly client model webinar sessions and quarterly client model workshops in London at no additional charge. Other offices might also host model workshops, however please discuss the appropriate schedule with your local representative.
Further custom training is available but will typically incur an additional fee.
